UPDATE

Because of the way certain modules are packaged, some modules must be installed before others.  Seamus should always be installed first, followed by Web Controls.  Web Controls should always be installed first.  After those two it doesn't matter.  When upgrading, check and see if there are newer versions of Seamus and Web Controls than what you are currently using.  If so, then install them first in the order described above.  There is no need to uninstall previous versions unless stated otherwise in the release notes.  The release notes can be found in the Announcments section of the Product Forum.

Since WebContols is universal all shared files and assemblies have been moved from Seamus to WebControls.
