Detailed Description

Venexus ItemIndex is a simple to use articles submission module that allows users to activity add news, articles, or press releases into your website. A number of latest article summaries can be included in your main pages using the Venexus Search Directory with links to the whole article. Venexus ItemIndex module also allows you to upload videos, documents, images, and much more. Since items are added directly to the index, they will also be included in search results.

The above copyright notice and this permission notice shall be included in all copies of
this software.
LICENSE:
Venexus hereby grants You a limited, personal, commercial or non-commercial, nonexclusive,
non-sub licensable, non-assignable, to download, install and use the Venexus
Software on one (1) DNN installation.
No Granting:
No granting of Rights to Third Parties. You will not sell, assign, rent, lease, distribute,
export, import, act as an intermediary or provider, or otherwise grant rights to third
parties with regard to the Venexus Software or any part thereof.
No Modifications:
You will not undertake, cause, permit or authorize the modification, creation of
derivative works, translation, reverse engineering, or hacking of the Venexus Software or
any part thereof.
Third Parties:
You acknowledge and agree that the Venexus Software may be incorporated into, and
may incorporate itself, software and other technology owned and controlled by third
parties. Any such third party software or technology that is incorporated in the Venexus
Software falls under the scope of this Agreement. Any and all other third party software
or technology that may be distributed together with the Venexus Software will be subject
to you explicitly accepting a license agreement with that third party. You acknowledge
and agree that you will not enter into a contractual relationship with Venexus or its
Affiliates regarding such third party software or technology and you will look solely to
the applicable third party and not to Venexus or its Affiliates to enforce any of your
rights.
New Versions of the Venexus Software:
Venexus, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to add additional features or functions,
or to provide programming fixes, updates and upgrades, to the Venexus Software. You
acknowledge and agree that Venexus has no obligation to make available to You any
subsequent versions of the Venexus Software. You also agree that you may have to enter
into a renewed version of this Agreement, in the event you want to download, install or
use a new version of the Venexus Software. Furthermore, You acknowledge and agree
that Venexus, in its sole discretion, may modify or discontinue or suspend Your ability to
use any version of the Venexus Software, and/or disable any Venexus Software You may
already have accessed or installed without any notice to You, for the repair,
improvement, and/or upgrade of the underlying technology or for any other justifiable
reason, including but not limited to, circumstances where You, at Venexus’ discretion,
are in breach of this Agreement, creating problems, possible legal liabilities, acting
inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies, or engaging in fraudulent, immoral
or illegal activities, or for other similar reasons. Venexus will not accept any liability in
relation to the direct or indirect damages caused by (1) the release and/or the absence of
release of new versions of the Venexus Software and (2) by the suspension or termination
of the license or this Agreement by Venexus and/or by You.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND
NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT
HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY,
WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING
FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR
OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
