Our Enhanced DotNetNuke Support Plan provides 15 pre-purchased hours of expert DotNetNuke Support over a three-month period (limit to 5 hours per month). Support request can be requested via email, web interface, and toll free telephone (Mon - Fri 9 AM - 5 PM EST. This plan offers a 3-hr maximum response time.

In the event that you require more than 5 hours within a one-month period, additional hours may be purchased at the rate of $85 per hour billed in quarter hour increments.
