Do you have any documentation on how the exclude list works? Is this just for filtering URLs or is it for filtering news items from RSS feeds?

It is just for filtering URLs. You can use full or partial URLs.

examples: Exclude domain: www.example.com Exclude spcific url: http://www.example.com/tabid/123/default.aspx Exclude directory/TabPath: http://www.example.com/Services/Test Exclude file: .xml

What should I do about multiple feeds which point to the same resource, due to different PortalAlias, e.g., http://www.lawsonguru.com/desktopmodules/ntforums/feeds.aspx?portalid=0&forumid=21&tabid=96&moduleid=532 http://www.lawsonguru.com/guru/desktopmodules/ntforums/feeds.aspx?portalid=0&forumid=21&tabid=96&moduleid=532 Should I just ignore them, or delete the duplicates? Should I map out the duplicates via Exclude Items?

Add the excludes and delete unneccessary ones.
