I am working with the IndexItem Module and would like to be able to upload a video using that module and then create a separate page that people can go to via a link to view the video directly.  The link to this page should be able to go in the main navigation structure.  Also, when the page with the video is loaded the breadcrumb trail should display the name of the page it is currently on NOT the page the IndexItem module resides at.

Any help is appreciated and if you need more information or clarification please let me know.
