When I am approving items in the queue, I am given the option to filter by "none" category or by a specific category.

Because I want to use the Directory I have set up over 100 categories. Obviously I do not want to check each of those individually to see if there are any items to approve.

Would it possible to have naother filter which would show items in "Any" category?
